This is Chris Fleming, our Production Manager at the Lancaster, PA, threaded rod manufacturing facility.
Chris joined the team in July of 2022 with a background in the plate steel and CNC industry.
Pushing Lean Manufacturing Forward
Chris has been instrumental in helping to drive through the adoption of lean manufacturing principles by organizing our production facility into lean cells. AATP is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Threaded Rod and U-Bolt products and this latest “lean” initiative along with a considerable investment in new plant and equipment demonstrate our determination to remain a leading light in the Threaded Rod field.
Personal Life
In his personal life, Chris is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and growing family. He has one son and one daughter, Everett, who is two years old and obsessed with dinosaurs and Lyla Mae, who is just four months old and just the happiest, easy-going baby.
They enjoy doing activities outdoors as a family and trying new restaurants in their free time!
