ITC Makes Determination to Not Impose Duties on Steel Threaded Rod from Thailand
Denver, CO (April 29, 2014) –
On April 17, 2014, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) made a negative vote in the investigation of steel threaded rod from Thailand.
The ITC’s five commissioners found the U.S. industry has not been hurt by Thailand’s steel threaded rod imports. As a result, the commission will not impose anti-dumping duties on the imports from Thailand.
*Note: We are expecting a written decision from the ITC in the next few weeks, which will explain the decision.
